Learner information requests for employment agencies

Employment agencies requesting enrolment, attendance or completion information about an Oxqual learner must submit this form with the required documentation.

A completed and signed Oxqual Authority to Release Learner Information form.
A clear copy of the learner’s valid photo identification.
Evidence that the requesting representative is authorised to act for the agency.

Subject to the learner’s consent, we may provide:

Qualification or programme title
Enrolment and commencement dates
Expected programme duration
Attendance or participation information, where recorded
Current enrolment status
Withdrawal or completion date, where applicable

Oxqual will only disclose information covered by the learner’s written consent and successfully verified documentation.
