How to pay

How to pay

Qualification fees vary depending on the selected programme, study method and approved learning centre.

What you need to do

Once your application has been accepted, you will receive an invoice or payment instructions confirming your fees and available payment options.

Your enrolment may not be confirmed until the required payment or approved funding arrangement has been received.

Payment options

Paying your fees in full

You can pay the full qualification fee using the secure payment method provided with your invoice.

Important payment information

  • Use your learner or invoice reference when making payment.
  • Payment must be made by the deadline shown on your invoice.
  • Late payment may delay or cancel your enrolment.
  • Keep a copy of your payment confirmation for your records.

An instalment plan may be available for selected qualifications and eligible learners.

Payment plans must be agreed before enrolment is confirmed. Instalments must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to make an instalment payment may result in restricted access to learning services or cancellation of enrolment.

If an employer or another organisation is paying your fees, they may be required to provide written authorisation or a purchase order.

Sponsorship arrangements must be approved before your enrolment can be confirmed.

Learners applying through an approved learning centre may be required to pay their fees directly to that centre.

The learning centre will provide information about fees, payment deadlines, accepted payment methods and refund terms.

Funding or financial support may be available through an employer, training provider or another authorised organisation.

Availability depends on the qualification, learner eligibility and the conditions of the relevant funding scheme.

Oxqual does not guarantee access to government funding, grants, loans or financial assistance.

Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation or withdrawal request is received and the terms applicable to your enrolment.

Administrative, registration or assessment fees may be non-refundable once services have been provided.

Please review the fees and refunds policy before making payment.
